Before we started parent coaching with Amy, we were feeling a bit confused and helpless. Practical parenting tools and larger vision…

When I started out working with Amy, I was overwhelmed by my (10 year old) son’s behavior and struggling to balance his needs and wants with my own. I have learned several techniques to help my mind control itself when it starts to spin. I find everyday it’s become less and less chaotic since the house has become calm.
